A new website has been developed with resources for patients who are waiting for hospital treatment.
The organisations listed can support patients to ‘wait well’ and it’s hoped that it might help to reduce some of the calls received in primary care surgeries.
Due to current waiting times you may experience a delay in accessing hospital treatment.
Please visit www.sneewellbeing.org.uk for information on how to look after your physical and mental health while you are on the waiting list for surgery or hospital treatment.
You can also see how long the waiting times are from when your referral has been sent or received at the nominated hospital.
