You can make an appointment via the following ways:

• By visiting our Consulting Room.
• Booking an appointment via SystmOne. You will need to be registered for our online services. Please complete our Register for Online Services form to use this option.
• By calling the practice. Please visit our Contact Us page.

Appointments Information

Consultations for the doctors and nurses are by appointment.

Patients who are more that 10 minutes late for an appointment with the nurse may have their appointment rescheduled.

If you have more than one problem, it is advisable you request for a double appointment when booking.

Text Reminders

Please let us have your current mobile telephone number so that we can send you text reminders for your surgery appointments.

Urgent Appointments / Visits

These are given priority and you may be kept waiting in the surgery.

Please be patient. The Clinician may telephone you before deciding to visit.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, this may enable someone else to be seen.
